Howell Co. reports four new COVID-19 cases

The Howell County Health Department reports that an additional four cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the year to date total number of cases to 162.

Currently, there are 17 known active cases in the county. Of the 17 cases, two are currently hospitalized with COVID-19. All of the new cases identified reside in the West Plains area.  All four cases are currently isolating under public health guidance and are linked to known cases. Significant contacts to these cases have been notified by the health department. There were no exposures to the general public reported with any of these cases.
