Howell County Health Department reports that an additional nine cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the year to date total number of cases to 544.
Currently, there are 148 known active cases in Howell County. Of these 148, six are currently hospitalized with COVID-19. Of the new cases; three reside in West Plains, one lives in Willow Springs, and five live in Mtn. View.

Positive cases and significant exposures to cases have been notified and have been placed on isolation or quarantine. There are four cases that are considered community spread, or the source of the infection is unknown. There are five cases that have been linked to known cases.
