West Plains, MO – On Monday, August 2, 2021 at approximately 12:30 a.m. the Howell County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant related to illegal narcotics at a residence on County Road 5610 in Willow Springs, Missouri. As a result 252 full capsules of fentanyl/heroin, a small quantity of methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, THC wax, three firearms, approximately $1,000, paraphernalia associated with; fentanyl/heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, and approximately 75 empty capsules, and three firearms; two handguns and one long rifle were seized. Two individuals were arrested and transported to the Howell County Sheriff’s Office where they were placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges as a result of the investigation.
