The Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 13 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the to date total number of cases to 3,573 and the current number of active cases to 63. Of the new cases: eight reside in West Plains, four live in Willow Springs and one lives in Mountain View.
