The Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 13 cases of COVID-19 have been identified. This brings the year to date total number of cases to 2,826. Of the new cases; 11 reside in West Plains, one lives in Willow Springs, and one lives in Mountain View. There have been 15,479 Howell County residents tested to date.
