The Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 31 cases of COVID-19 have been identified. This brings the year to date total number of cases to 2,684. Of the new cases; 16 reside in West Plains, nine live in Willow Springs, two live in Mountain View, and four live in Pomona. There have been 14,032 Howell County residents tested to date.
