The Howell County Health Department reports that additional 28 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the year to date total number of cases to 1,859.
Currently, there are 144 known active cases in Howell County. Of these 144, one is currently hospitalized with COVID-19. Of the new cases; seven reside in West Plains, 19 live in Mountain View, one lives in Caulfield and one lives in Bakersfield. Positive cases and significant exposures to cases have been notified and have been placed on isolation or quarantine.
