Howell County Health Department reports an additional 12 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 3860. Of the new cases 6 live in West Plains, 2 live in Mountain View, 2 live in Willow Springs, 1 lives in Pomona and 1 lives in Caulfield. There have been 20,862 tested to date.
