Howell County Sheriff’s Office Seizes 22 Grams in Latest Announced Arrest

West Plains, MO. – The Howell County Sheriff’s Office made an announcement a few days ago about an arrest that points toward meth circulation.

The arrest took place on April 10th on County Road 6070 in West Plains. A search warrant was executed for illegal narcotics, and during the search, several things were found and confiscated. This included packaging materials, various drug paraphernalia, and over 22 grams of crystal meth in two separate bags.

One suspect, Michael Dean Edwards of West Plains, was taken into custody before being transported to the Howell County Adult Detention center, where a warrant for his arrest was produced. Arrest charges involved Delivery of a Controlled substance. Edwards is being held on a $50,000 bond.
