West Plains, MO. – Yesterday, the Howell County Sheriff’s Office announced they have a new deputy.
Sworn in by Judge Steven Privette, Deputy Andrew Edwards will soon begin his duties with the department. He has previous experience in law enforcement via the Texas County Sheriff’s Office.
