West Plains, MO. – The Howell County Sheriff’s Office made an announcement yesterday that they will begin the process to auction off vehicles that are considered surplus.
A total of 9 of these surplus vehicles will be auctioned. The Sheriff’s Office has turned to a website called Purplewave Auction as a way to sell the vehicles.

• 1986 AM General M988 Humvee
• 1987 AM General M988 Humvee
• 2003 E350 Super Duty Van
• 2005 Ford F-150 Supercab Pickup Truck
• 2013 Dodge Charger Police
• 2013 Dodge Charger Police
• 2014 Dodge Charger Police
• 2015 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor SUV
• 2017 Dodge Charger Police
It has been stated that those interested in purchasing the vehicles can view them by making an appointment with Deputy First Class Matthew Roberts at 417 256 2544.
Auctioning will end on November 29th, giving interested parties one month to place their bids.
