West Plains, MO. – The Howell Street railroad crossing in West Plains will be closed from Monday, November 7 through Wednesday, November 9. This closure will greatly affect morning school traffic in West Plains.
Detours will be open at the St. Louis Street railroad crossing to the west and the Bratton Avenue crossing to the east.
