On the last day of school before winter break, December 17, the school hosted a Bike Assembly Party, attended by students, teachers, parents, and family members. Those participating helped assemble the 24 2-in-1 balance-to-pedal conversion bikes. The school also received 24 helmets for students and five years of curriculum support from the Strider Bike Education Foundation, a non-profit that donates pedal-less bikes to organizations serving children.
