Licking, Mo. – Driving while drowsy can be as dangerous as drinking and driving as a Huggins man found out Thursday afternoon following a one-vehicle crash near Licking. The accident occurred at 2:10 p.m. five miles west of Licking on Highway 32.
A 2014 Ford Focus driven by Kyler Baylous, 22, was eastbound when Baylous fell asleep at the wheel and the vehicle left the roadway, striking a tree. The driver suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Texas County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
