Humane Society Trying Exciting New Fundriaser For Pets Provided By Local High School Students

Mo. – The Humane Society of Southwest Missouri has just launched its most unique and fun fundraiser yet! They’ve partnered with Glendale High School to offer the public quirky, one-of-a-kind pet portraits. The best part? All proceeds go directly to supporting animals at the shelter.

Priority Pet Care – Make An Appointment

  1. Make a Donation: Visit the Humane Society’s website, click here, to purchase your drawing.
  2. Send Your Pet’s Photo: After purchasing, email a picture of your pet (one pet per picture) to quirkydrawings@hsswmo.org. Include:
    • Your email address
    • A clear photo of your pet
    • Your phone number
    • Your full name (in case they need to contact you).
  3. Receive Your Artwork: Glendale High School students will create fun, unique 5×7 drawings of your pet. Pick up your artwork at the Humane Society starting the week of March 10, 2025. You’ll be notified once the drawings are ready.
    • Too far to pick it up? No problem! Just request shipping in your email, include your full mailing address and add $2 to your total for postage.
