West Plains, MO. – Impact Dance Complex kicked off their Dance Competition season with Hollywood Dance Jamz Convention and Competition in Branson, MO.
Dancers ages 6-16 attended classes with current choreographers and dance professionals in the industry allowing them to further their dance education. After attending classes, dancers then took the stage to show their teachers, now judges, what they have been rehearsing for months at the studio.
Impact Dancers received Platinum and High Gold scores earning 5-1st place overall trophies. The major Highlight of the weekend was receiving a Judges Choice Award for their group dance Ex-Wives. Judges picked them for their energy and developed character personalities. This award was one of six judge’s awards that were handed out for over 400 routines.
Dancers with the Impact Dance Complex were invited to compete in a National Competition in Orlando, FL. at their discretion.
The Impact Dance Complex’s next scheduled competition is Stage One Dance in Branson February 3rd-5th.
