Indiana Resident injured in Douglas County auto accident

VANZANT, Mo. — An Indiana resident suffered minor injuries Tuesday morning after a two-vehicle accident in Douglas County.

The accident happened just after 8 am Tuesday on Route 95 at Route 76 in Vanzant when the southbound vehicle driven by 27-year-old Jordan Wade of Cabool crossed the center line of and struck the oncoming vehicle driven by 38-year-old Brandi Clodfelter of Danville, Ind.

Clodfelter’s vehicle then ran off-road and into a fence, according to a report from the Highway Patrol.

Clodfelter was taken from the scene of the accident to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains by ambulance.
