Injuries and DWI Drug Charge Result from Tuesday Crash

Hartville, MO. – A one-vehicle crash has ended with both injuries for the driver, as well as several criminal charges.

According to Trooper Poynter of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, this crash happened at 12:30pm on Highway 38, roughly 5 miles east of Hartville, MO.

Kenneth Robinson, a 49-year-old Mountain Grove Resident, is reported to have traveled off the roadway in a Toyota Rav4, causing the vehicle to go airborne and overturn.

Robinson was taken to Cox Health in Springfield for his moderate-class injuries, and was found to be both unbuckled and intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Charges include a Possession of a Controlled Substance, DWI – Drug Intoxication, Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway Resulting in a Crash, No Insurance, and No Seat Belt.
