INCARCERATION REPORT
October 26th, 2026
According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Margaret Botscharow, 53 of Glenco, was arrested on October 19th for failure to stop at a stop sign and DWI.
Gary Gardner, 71 of Henderson, was transported to the Izard County Jail to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on a warrant for battery 3rd degree and possession or use of a weapon by an incarcerated person.
Logan Phelps, 30 of Oxford, was taken into custody on October 20th after he pled guilty to delivery of a controlled substance and maintaining a drug premises in the Izard County Circuit Court.
Brian Ivie, 53 of Sidney, was arrested on October 20th for a bond revocation out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Jacob Heikes, 40 of Calico Rock, was arrested on October 20th for a bond revocation out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Daniel Keller, 29 of Sidney, was arrested on October 20th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Keller was also charged as a habitual offender and has a parole hold.
Sheila Bryant, 35 of Horseshoe Bend, was transported back to the Izard County Jail on October 21st for charges of domestic battery 3rd degree.
Ezequiel Dominguez, 38 of Melbourne, was arrested on October 21st for an ice hold.
Kennedy Sontay, 21 of Batesville, was arrested on October 22nd for an ice hold.
Fredy Sontay, 25 of Batesville, was arrested on October 22nd for an ice hold.
Thomas Mosly, 46 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on October 24th for driving on a suspended driver’s license.
