From West Plain R-VII School District:
Last month, we shared the exciting news that West Plains FFA teacher Tonya Jedlicka had been named a semi-finalist for the Missouri FFA Foundation’s Golden Owl Award. We’re now proud to announce that she has advanced to become one of just seven state finalists.
As a finalist, Mrs. Jedlicka will receive a $500 award and will be honored at the Missouri FFA State Convention later this month. She is now in the running for the title of Missouri Agriculture Educator of the Year and the prestigious Golden Owl Award trophy.
Thank you to Dave Higgins of the FFA Foundation and Traci Wiley of Wiley Insurance, a Nationwide Agribusiness Agent, for presenting the award.
