KWPM and Brownfield Network celebrate a 50 years partnership of bringing listeners up-to-date information on the happenings in the agriculture world. From telephones to computers, they have found a way to get that information on time to rural audiences. Since it started, on January 2, 1973, Brownfield has grown from 7 inaugural stations (KWPM being one of those 9) to over 600 affiliates across the nation.
