West Plains, MO. – A Texas County man is in serious condition following a crash near Licking on Saturday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred at 10:32 a.m. on Highway BB, seven miles south of Licking, Missouri on December 17, 2022.
A westbound 2017 Jeep Renegade driven by Dakota Jones, age 25 of Licking, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree. Jones had been wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and suffered serious injuries. He was transported by AirEvac helicopter to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment.
