Houston, MO. – An inmate died at the South Central Correctional Center in Licking, Missouri on Saturday.
At 6:28 a.m. on July 29, 2023, offender Logan Ross was pronounced dead at the facility.

Ross was a 24-year-old offender serving a 12-year sentence for two counts of 1st-degree tampering with a motor vehicle from Clay County, and violence to an inmate by an inmate from Texas County. Ross was received in the Missouri Department of Corrections on June 12, 2017.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
