Multiple area communities’ government offices will be closed for the Independence Day Holiday. Some of these closures will affect trash routes.
In observance of the Independence Day holiday, West Plains City Hall, Public Library, and other city buildings will be closed Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
Tuesday’s trash route will be picked up on Wednesday. Wednesday’s routes remain the same.
The West Plains compost site will be open 8-4 all week including Saturday and Sunday except the 4th they will be open 8-2:30.
This week fees will be waved for residents cleaning up storm debris, contractors will have a fee since they are providing a service.
Mountain View City Hall, Library, and the Senior Center is closed today, July 3rd, and will be closed July 4th.
Monday trash routes will run as normal. Tuesday trash routes will run on Wednesday.
Normal business hours will return to all locations on Wednesday, July 5th.
Willow Springs City Hall will be closed on July 4th and will reopen on Wednesday, July 5th for its normal hours. Trash routes will not be affected in the city of Willow Springs.
Houston City Hall will be closed on July 4th and will reopen on Wednesday, July 5th for its normal hours. Trash routes will not be affected in the city of Houston.
Mountain Grove City Hall will be closed on July 4th and will reopen on Wednesday, July 5th for its normal hours.
Due to drought conditions, the Cabool Block Party has been canceled and the Cabool Fireworks Show has been postponed.
