West Plains, MO. – Andi Hilburn Vaini, local West Plains resident has become the single biggest female owner and operator of the McDonalds franchise in the nation.
This happened as a part of acquisitions of 14 other McDonalds facilities within the Missouri bootheel, and she now operates through much of Southern Missouri and into Northern Arkansas.
Vaini purchased her first franchise location in 2010, with one in the West Plains area. Now, past this new deal, she is the owner of 28 different facilities.
Vaini graduated from West Plains and earned an award for being the Distinguished Zizzer of the Year Alumni with the West Plains School District in 2021. She was also inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in 2022, and even earned the Humanitarian of the Year Award with the West Plains Chamber of Commerce in 2018.
