Magician Farrell Dillon to perform Oct. 6 at the MSU-WP amphitheater

WEST PLAINS, Mo. – Comedy and magic will join forces when Farrell Dillon appears for a free performance at 7 p.m. Oct. 6 at the amphitheater on the campus of Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP).

A regular on the CW Network’s “Masters of Illusion,” Dillon combines hilarious comedy and mind-bending magic in a modern style. This approach makes him a hit at colleges, theaters, fairs, corporate events and luxury cruise lines, promoters said.

In addition to his six seasons on “Masters of Illusion,” Dillon has appeared on “The Today Show,” ABC, NBC, Fox, The CW, ESPN, The Food Network, MTV, BBC, MyNetwork TV and POP TV, to name a few.

He has been nominated for Stage Magician of the Year by the Magic Castle in Hollywood.

When not headlining in Las Vegas, Dillon can be seen on tour in some of the country’s largest performing arts venues.

“Farrell Dillon has a great show that combines magic with comedy. He will wow you and make you laugh. We’re so excited to have him come to our campus! We know he will put on a great show,” said Katarina Vetter, theater and events coordinator for the University/Community Programs (U/CP) Department at MSU-WP.

In case of inclement weather, the performance will be moved from the amphitheater to the West Plains Civic Center theater.
