Fulton County, AR. – On March 26, 2024, Richard Holstine, a 50-year-old male, was arrested by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office for possession of computer child pornography, 12 counts of 4th-degree sexual assault, and 1 count of habitual offense.
The investigation stemmed from allegations of Holstine sexually assaulting a minor and a report filed to the Crimes Against Children Division (CACD) of the Arkansas State Police. Fulton County Sheriff’s Department and the CACD began investigating incidents that occurred in the latter part of 2023. The bond for Richard Holstine has been set at $200,000. The investigation is still ongoing and there is no other information given at this time.
