West Plains, MO. – A West Plains man was injured in a one-vehicle crash on Sunday afternoon in Howell County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the incident occurred at 3:10 p.m. five miles south of West Plains on State Route 17.
A northbound 2000 Ford F150 driven by Thomas Killion, age 66, crossed the center of the road, overcorrecting and running off the right side of the roadway and overturning. The Ford was totaled in the crash.

Killion had been wearing his seatbelt and sustained minor injuries. He was taken by Howell County Emergency Medical Services to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment.
