Licking, MO. – Early yesterday morning, a 36 year-old man crashed into a tree on Highway 32 has received criminal DWI charges as a result.
Identified as Joshua Kuhn by the Highway Patrol, the driver is facing charges of Driving While Intoxicated, Careless and Imprudent Driving, and Failure to Register.

The Highway Patrol say that Kuhn travelled off the roadway and struck a tree, totalling his GMC Sierra and being inflicted with moderate injuries.
