Marion County Arkansas Sheriff Warns of Increasing Mail Theft

Marion County, AR. – The Marion County Sheriff has warned the public in an announcement stating that mail theft cases have increased in recent weeks. The unedited announcement will be included below.

Please be advised that deputies have responded to several complaints of stolen mail in the past several days from residences within the County.

During tax season, mail theft is commonly on the rise. As a safety measure, residents may want to sign up for the U.S. Postal Service’s “Informed Delivery” service online at www.usps.com in order to better track the mail being delivered to your home.

If you have any information related to these thefts, I encourage you to contact our office at 870.449.4236 or submit information on our website (marioncountysheriffar.com). Thank you for your help in keeping our communities safe!
