Marshfield, MO. – Law Enforcement arrested one individual on murder charges, after she admitted to shooting her boyfriend on New Year’s Eve.
The victim was Jonathan Miller, 24 of Marshfield. According to the probable cause statement on the case, Madison Nicole Rueckert, 21, turned herself into the police in Dallas County after shooting Miller in the head.
The timeline of this deadly event appears to be that Rueckert found text messages on Millers phone from other females. She then used a Glock 9mm to shoot Miller once in the head while he was asleep before fleeing the residence. She then hid out in a patch of woods in Dallas County before turning herself in.
Individuals close to the pair had stated there was no infidelity in the relationship.
Rueckert is being held in the Wright County Jail without bond, and is expected to be in court on the 17th.
