Shannon County, MO. – The Missouri Department of Conservation’s(MDC) “Share the Harvest” program is alive and well, and recently donated a large sum of venison a local non-profit.
The Share the Harvest Program helps to ensure that those in Missouri who are struggling can continue to eat throughout the year.

The MDC stated in a recent release that 300 pounds of donated deer meat from a local processor was given out to the Shannon County Food Pantry. Conservation Agent Logan Brawley facilitated the donation.
