Ozark County Deputy Ryan recently conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Highway 181. During the stop, K9 Karo alerted to the presence of a controlled substance in the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, meth and paraphernalia were located. The driver, Carmen Mitchell, was arrested and booked for possession of both.
