Midway, AR. – A 29-year-old female individual from Midway has been arrested on a Class Y Charge for trafficking fentanyl.
This arrest began with the Arkansas State Police meeting with an unnamed informant and the 14th Judicial Task Force. The talk was on making a purchase of fentanyl from a known dealer within the area.
A recording device was fitted onto the informant, and they met with Trystina Meadows, who supplied the informant with a bit over 2 grams of fentanyl.
Meadows was arrested shortly thereafter and charged with felony Trafficking a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Distribution within proximity of a certain facility.
Meadows is currently being held in the Baxter County Detention Center as of 11:42am, January 24th on a $22,250 bond.
