West Plains, MO. – Municipal Elections are coming up quickly, tomorrow April 4th. Mike Topliff has been with the City of West Plains for 10 years, as part of the city council and as mayor, and faces competition in the mayoral election.
We invited Mike to talk to us to speak about his experiences being the Mayor of West Plains for the past decade, and what he expects out of the city in the future, with or without him.
