West Plains, MO. – The Howell County Sheriff’s Office released a Missing Endangered Person Alert for a West Plains resident at 1:54 p.m. on Friday, August 2, 2024.
58-year-old Brian Weldon was last seen on State Route CC in West Plains around 10 p.m. last night, Thursday, August 1, 2024. The police do not have a description of what he was last seen wearing but do inform the public that he is considered endangered and is walking on foot.
