Governor Parson: “I will never waver in my commitment to our brave men and women serving in law enforcement”
Governor Mike Parson today announced the endorsement from the Missouri Fraternal Order of Police in his campaign for governor.
“We are proud to stand with Governor Parson and appreciate his strong record of accomplishments and 100% commitment to law and order in his first term,” Rick Inglima, MO FOP President, said. “We cannot afford to sit on the sidelines while so much is at stake in this election including the security of our communities. Let’s protect and keep Missouri safe, and elect Governor Mike Parson in November.”
The Fraternal Order of Police, Missouri State Lodge, is Missouri’s largest police union, representing over 8,000 members of the law enforcement community.
“I will never waver in my commitment to our brave men and women serving in law enforcement,” Governor Parson said, “I am honored and humbled to announce this endorsement from the Missouri FOP, and I appreciate other tremendous support from my colleagues in law enforcement throughout Missouri. I know together we are committed to working for all Missourians and keeping our communities safe.”
Governor Parson has a strong background in law enforcement, having spent a 22-year career serving Missouri and our country. Governor Parson served two tours of duty in the United States Army as an MP, protecting our nation overseas. After returning home, he joined the Sheriff’s office and eventually was elected by his community to serve as Polk County Sheriff.
“One of my highest priorities is providing our officers with the resources and backing to ensure our safety and the safety of all Missourians. I will always stand up to the radical, far-left that supports defunding and abolishing the police. It will never happen on my watch,” Governor Parson said.
