Jefferson City, Mo. – Certain legislation is introduced multiple years in a row and 2022 will be no different.
Senate Bill 52 sought to change part of state statute handling what is known as “discovery.”
The sponsor of the bill is Sen. Tony Luetkemeyer of Parkville.
Another measure seen by the Missouri Senate Judiciary and Civil & Criminal Jurisprudence Committee was Senate Bill 66, which sought to change provisions relating to public safety and unlawful assemblies.

Pre-filed legislation for the 2022 legislative session will start receiving official bill numbers on the first of December 2021.
