At 10:50 a.m. on Sunday morning 4/20/2025 The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Brandon S. Breeden from Licking on a Texas County Warrant for possession of a controlled substance, driving while revoked, no insurance, no seat belt, and no registration, he is being held in the Texas County Jail.
