An Arkansas man is facing multiple charges after his arrest in Oregon County Tuesday evening. According to authorities, 29‑year‑old Jeremy L. Hurst of Mammoth Spring was taken into custody on September 15.
He is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, driving while intoxicated—drugs, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
