The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Dominique Hood 31 of West Plains. Hood was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and no seat belt.
Brian Burch 23 of Thayer was arrested by the Highway patrol and charged with driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
