Missouri Storm Recovery: MARCs Provide Crucial Support to Impacted Communities

Following the devastating storms and tornadoes that struck Missouri on March 14-15, the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) has been working diligently with volunteer partners and local agencies to provide assistance to affected individuals and families. One of the key relief efforts has been the establishment of Multi-Agency Resource Centers (MARCs), which serve as centralized hubs for disaster recovery services.

Over the past week, MARCs have successfully provided aid to hundreds of Missourians in need. These one-stop resource centers offer a range of essential services, including emergency financial assistance, food stamp replacement, legal aid, insurance guidance, and cleaning supplies to help residents begin rebuilding their lives.
