Mountain Grove Driver Seriously Injured; Requires Air Evac Transport

Cabool, MO. – One Sunday driver has been inflicted with serious injuries after being ejected from their vehicle, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

The time and location of this accident was 4:15pm on March 7th on Missouri 181, 5 miles south of Cabool. A driver from Mountain Grove, identified as James Stacy, 42, ran off the roadway while driving a Jeep Cherokee. The vehicle overturned, and Stacy, who was unbuckled, was ejected from the vehicle.

Stacy was inflicted with injuries categorized as serious, and had to be transported by Air Evac to Cox South in Springfield for treatment. The vehicle was totaled in the crash.

Master Sergeant C.A. Hogue of Troop G was the attending Highway Patrolman investigator in this incident.
