Mountain Grove, MO. – A man from Mountain Grove was injured following a crash that occurred before midnight on September 16th, 2022.
Jason Ballinger, 39 of Mountain Grove, was driving his 2013 Arctic Cat ATV on Mountain Valley Road, roughly four miles North of Mountain Grove. He was travelling Eastbound when he crashed at 11:25pm.
The crash occurred as Ballinger traveled off the right side of the roadway, and collided with a pipe fence. The collision caused the driver to become imbalanced, overturn the vehicle, and was ejected.
Ballinger sustained moderate injuries in the crash and was transported to Cox South in Springfield for treatment. He was not wearing a safety device.
This accident was investigated by Trooper J.L. Sentman of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
