Mountain Grove, MO. – A man from Mountain Grove has picked up multiple criminal charges after a man was shot in the face with a crossbow bolt.
While multiple accounts of individuals surrounding the case differ, interviews and investigation of the incident on September 9th showed consistently that a male victim was transported to Texas County Memorial Hospital for his injuries, and that Carl Delcour, born in 1984, had allegedly been the person to fire the weapon.
Delcour and the victim are reported to have been drinking alcohol before the incident, and it was also found that Delcour had recently obtained a handgun while not being allowed the ownership of a firearm. He had obtained the firearm for trading a motorcycle for it via a contact made through social media.
Delcour is facing multiple criminal charges, including felony 2nd Degree Assault, felony Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and felony Armed Criminal Action.
