Rolla, MO. – A Mountain Home child was injured Sunday when the vehicle they were riding in not only struck a tree but overturned.
The location of this crash was on I-44, at the 186.4 mile marker. Investigation into this crash was performed by Master Sergeant S.D. Altermatt of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop D.
Timmesha Haynes, 30 of Mountain Home, AR., was driving a Chevy Cruze Westbound when she skidded off the roadway. The vehicle was totaled as it struck a tree and overturned.
The driver is not listed as an injured party, but one female 11-year-old occupant was. She was taken to Phelps Health for treatment, and her injuries are listed as only moderate, despite the conveyed intensity of the crash.
