Mountain Home Kiwanis Club Donates to Project Helping Local Students

The Mountain Home Kiwanis Club members recently presented a check for $1,000 to the LT Thrift Store, a resource center at Mountain Home High School Career Academies, which provides items for students in need. Students4Students is a student-led nonprofit organization located at the high school that focuses on providing essential products to kids in need. The store accepts money and donations to give students in need clothes, hygiene products, school supplies, prom assistance, and more. For more information, visit their Facebook page or call (870) 425-1224. Donations are accepted at the front office of MHHS.

To continue helping local children, the Kiwanis Club is holding it’s first “Help our Kid’s” fundraiser by raffling off a new kayak.
