Mountain Home Man Arrested After Theft of Safe

Mountain Home, AR. – One man from Mountain Home has been caught  after stealing a safe from a business containing $25,000 and more, and has been arrested on Felony charges as a result.

On the morning of October 29th, before 6am, Mountain Home Police Officers reported to a break-in around the Eastside Centre. Law enforcement discovered a broken deadbolt on the backdoor of the business, and further investigation revealed the criminal had entered through the ceiling, stolen a safe, and left one glove from a pair.

Security cameras for the business were also disabled save for one, which caught the criminals vehicle. Officers located the vehicle shortly after and discovered the other glove of the set inside, as well as the mask that was worn by the criminal.

44-year-old Quan Tran Le was arrested, and later admitted to stealing the safe, the contents of which were recovered. Le has been charged with multiple Felony counts, and has been released after posting a $5,000 bond.
