Mountain Home, AR. – A 75-year-old man has been arrested and released for the second time in a year on charges of sexual assault.
The arrestee was David Eugene White, a 75-year-old man who was originally arrested and released in June of 2022 for Rape, 2nd Degree Sexual Assault, Sexual Indecency with a Child, and Sexually Grooming a Child.

Information surrounding this new arrest is scarce, due to many documents being sealed to protect the life and privacy of the victim. Charges this time around on White are listed as Rape and 2nd Degree Sexual Assault.
White was held in the Baxter County Detention Center, and was released on the same day at 1:21pm after a $150,000 bond was received.
