Humansville, MO. – A Mountain Home man has been charged with a Felony, DWI and Careless and Imprudent Driving Involving an Accident, following a crash that seriously injured his passengers on September 27th.
Tyler Sindle, 30 of Mountain Home, AR. was traveling on 7th Road, 1 mile North of Humansville, when he crashed his 2001 Mazda MX5. According to the report, Sindle left the roadway, and his passengers were ejected, leading to serious injury to both.
Passengers have been identified as Dakota Rhodes, 21, and Tyler Fletcher, 19, both of Humansville. Neither were wearing their safety device, and both were transported to Citizen Memorial Hospital for treatment. Sindle was uninjured.
This accident was investigated by Trooper L.H. Crowe of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop D.
